Aussie Prints ("we", "us", or "our") is an Australian-based custom poster and photo printing service. We operate the website aussie-prints.com.au and provide on-demand printing and delivery services across Australia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that contain content that is illegal, offensive, infringes on third-party rights, or violates these Terms. Orders are considered final once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.

4. Uploaded Content & Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for any images or content you upload. By submitting content, you confirm that you own the rights to use and reproduce the material, or have obtained permission from the rightful owner. We do not claim ownership of your content but may retain copies for production, customer service, and quality assurance purposes. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

5. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to reject any order containing content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, infringes on copyright or trademark, promotes violence, or depicts minors inappropriately. If an order is rejected for these reasons, you may be entitled to a refund at our discretion.

6. File Quality & Print Results

We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or incorrectly formatted images. We recommend uploading files at 300 DPI for best results. The preview shown during checkout is indicative only and may not exactly match the final print due to screen calibration differences.

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price you will pay.

8. Payment

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We do not store your card details.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts. All orders include tracking information.

10. Refunds & Reprints

If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or issues caused by uploaded file quality.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment (Stripe), file storage (Cloudflare), and shipping (Australia Post or courier partners). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
