We accept .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, and .raw files up to 30MB. For best results, use the highest quality export settings from your camera or editing software.

We recommend 300 DPI at your print size for optimal sharpness. Lower resolutions can work for smaller sizes or artistic styles where softness is acceptable.

We recommend sRGB for most uploads as it ensures consistent colour across devices. Adobe RGB files are also accepted and will be converted using our professional colour profiles.

By default, we print borderless edge-to-edge. Your image will fill the entire paper size you select, with minimal cropping if aspect ratios don't match exactly.

If aspect ratios differ, we'll scale to fill the print area with minimal cropping from the edges. The preview shows exactly how your print will look.

Yes, we accept .raw files. However, for full control over your final image, we recommend exporting as high-quality TIFF or JPEG from your editing software.

Files up to 30MB are accepted. If your file is larger, try saving as a high-quality JPEG (90-100% quality) instead of TIFF to reduce file size without losing visible quality.

Only if needed to match the paper's aspect ratio. We crop minimally and centred. Check the preview before ordering to ensure important elements aren't cut off.

We use professional large-format inkjet printers with archival pigment inks, ensuring exceptional detail, colour accuracy, and long-lasting prints.

ICC profiles for our papers are available on request. Contact us with your paper choice and we'll provide the appropriate profile for soft proofing in Photoshop or Lightroom.

For $10, our team checks your image for resolution issues, colour problems, and composition before printing. We'll contact you if we spot any concerns that might affect your print quality.

Yes! Simply place separate orders for each copy. For bulk orders of 10+ prints, contact us for volume pricing.

Shipping is $18 for smaller prints (A5-A3) and $24 for larger formats (A2-A0). All orders are shipped with tracking and protective packaging.

Smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers. Larger formats are carefully rolled in sturdy tubes with protective tissue. All packaging is designed to prevent damage during transit.

Currently we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding to New Zealand and other countries in the future.
